This by far has to be one of my favorite dishes in all of Connecticut. Let me tell you the shrimp is moist and succulent, especially when you drizzle it with the lemon. They give you about six small-sized shrimps which are enough to get the job done. Now, I'll be the first to say that it doesn't compare to the original recipe that they had, but this is a close second. The sauce is a bit of a creamy texture with an added sour taste. To top it off the shrimp is covered with what I like to call 'homemade' stuffing (which is simply placed on top of the shrimp). You can't find this assorted mixture of stuffing anywhere else, which makes it one of a kind!
