I'll be honest I wasn't too sure what to expect when I first saw the name on the menu. It sounded good but I'm not one of those people that will try anything. because I am way too frugal with my money! So I make sure that if I'm spending my own money then the food needs to be worth it. None the less, this dish was not a disappointment at all. I'm a bacon lover (sorry to all my non-pork eating viewers). the bacon tied the dish together beautifully. I thought the peppers were a nice touch, even though I barely touched them. The bacon and shrimp together is an acquired taste but I guarantee that you won't be let down. The sauce that was used for this dish isn't your typical alfredo sauce (at least not what I'm used to) but it was made perfectly for this dish! If you're ever at a FRIDAYS I highly recommend this dish.
