Let me just start by saying that I didn't know the many ways lobster could be used until I stumbled upon Cousins'. These two dishes are my top two dishes on the menu. The lobster tots are simple, as they are tater tots with lobster on top and lime to enhance flavor. The lobster tacos are lobster meat, with shredded tomatoes and onions, with a signature sauce. They are also topped off with a lime.
