I'll be honest here, I wasn't too sure what to expect when I saw the name of the dish. But it so happens to be my mother's favorite dish whenever she comes to the cheesecake factory. In fact, this is the only dish she gets from The Cheesecake Factory. Nonetheless, the food was DELICIOUS! the shrimp had just the right amount of spice. The plantains were soft, moist and tasty. This was my first trying black beans and they most definitely didn't disappoint. This dish was more then I expected and I recommend it to everyone.
